Sarah is our operations manager and practice manager for our east coast division: BPTA and west coast division:Clarity California. She oversees our human resources, operations, and hiring departments. When she is not working she enjoys spending time at the beach with her family and practicing yoga.

Dr. Colleen has performed over 8k+ psychological evaluations in her career for both children and adults. She is the owner of BPTA (Boston Psychological Testing Associate) in Massachusetts as well as Clarity California Psychological Testing in California. She is passionate about helping people who feel like they’ve been on the conveyor belt that is the current mental health system, finally feeling seen and heard.

Michael has over 25 years of experience in the technology and medical industries working for companies such as Merck, Oracle, Tableau, and Salesforce. Michael is responsible for driving strategic initiatives to expand our market presence, cultivate strategic partnerships, and increase revenue streams. Michael also helps to build company culture and increase retention rates.
