Practice & Leadership Consulting for Clinicians

Clear, Experienced Guidance for Clinicians Who Never Planned to Become CEOs

Most clinicians are highly trained in care delivery — and almost entirely unsupported when it comes to building, running, and sustaining a business.

If you feel like a fish out of water navigating finances, operations, hiring, growth decisions, or exit conversations, you’re not alone. You’re also not failing.

I work with clinicians, doctors, therapists, psychologists, and chiropractors who want practical, grounded business guidance without the hype, shame, or guru energy.

This is consulting for people who take responsibility seriously — and want their business to support their life, not consume it.

Who This Is For

This work is a fit if you:

  • Own or operate a clinical practice

  • Feel underprepared for the business side of healthcare

  • Are overwhelmed by decisions around growth, hiring, pricing, or systems

  • Want to improve margins without sacrificing clinical integrity

  • Are considering a transition, sale, or exit and want to think clearly

  • Prefer honest feedback over motivational talk

This is not a fit if you are looking for:

  • One-size-fits-all coaching programs

  • Hustle culture or influencer-style advice

  • Someone to run your business for you

  • Free strategy calls

My Perspective

I come to this work as both a clinician and an operator.

Over the past 15+ years, I have:

  • Built, scaled, and operated my own clinical practice

  • Navigated insurance, staffing, billing, and operational complexity

  • Invested hundreds of thousands of dollars in leadership and business development, including EOS, Vistage, and Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO)

  • Learned directly from other founders, CEOs, and operators across industries

  • Led teams through growth, reorganization, and transition

  • Successfully exited my own practice

I don’t teach theory. I translate experience.

How I Help

My role is to help you think clearly, decide wisely, and avoid expensive mistakes.

Common areas we work on include:

  • Practice economics and margin clarity

  • Pricing and service mix decisions

  • Hiring, compensation, and team structure

  • Operational systems that reduce chaos

  • Leadership boundaries and decision fatigue

  • Transition planning, restructuring, or exit strategy

  • Re-aligning your practice with your values and capacity

Sometimes the work is tactical. Often it’s strategic. Always it’s grounded in reality.

Consulting Structure

I offer clearly scoped, transparent consulting, not open-ended coaching.
