Evaluations follow current professional guidelines for FFD assessment, informed consent, and confidentiality limits, with clear, defensible findings for HR, legal counsel, and referring agencies.

Psychological and Neuropsychological Evaluation for Personal Injury and Civil Litigation
Dr. Colleen Long is a licensed psychologist with more than 15 years of experience in psychological and neuropsychological assessment across the lifespan. She consults with attorneys on cases involving psychological injury, trauma, cognitive concerns, diagnostic clarification, functional impact, prognosis, and treatment recommendations. She provides evaluations throughout Southern California, including Orange, Los Angeles, San Diego, and Riverside counties.
California QME Update
Dr. Long passed the California Qualified Medical Evaluator examination in April 2026. Her appointment paperwork is pending with the Division of Workers’ Compensation. Until the appointment is issued, she does not represent herself as an active QME or AME.
Attorney Referral Relationships
Dr. Long welcomes relationships with plaintiff and defense counsel throughout Southern California. She is available for an initial case-fit discussion to clarify the referral question, records needed, scope, timing, and appropriate evaluation pathway. Engagements are accepted only when they are within her training, licensure, and current qualifications. Every engagement includes a clear explanation of findings, limitations, prognosis, and treatment needs.
